Privacy
Your details, handled simply.
The short version: you tell us about your business, your wedding or your property, and we email you back. That’s all your details are for.

- Used only to reply Your message goes to Wayne’s inbox, and he writes back.
- Never sold or shared No lists, no partners, no marketing you didn’t ask for.
- No analytics No ad pixels. The only cookies are Google’s, set during the spam check on the contact form.
01What the form collects
When you use the contact form on skyerworks.com, we receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Your project details: what you’re looking for, plus anything you choose to add, like your business or property name, a wedding date, your location and your message.
- A scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address. It can’t be turned back into your address. We use it only to block spam and repeat submissions.
- Whether the form passed Google’s spam check (described below).
That’s it. Nothing is required beyond what you see on the form.
02Where it goes
Your message is emailed to hello@skyerworks.com, and we use it only to reply to you about your project. It isn’t saved in a database on this website.
To stop spam, the server keeps a short-lived note of that hashed IP and the time you sent the form. It’s cleared automatically, usually within a day.
Emails are kept for as long as we’re talking about your project, plus normal business records after that. Ask any time and we’ll delete them.
03What we don’t do
- We don’t sell, rent or share your details with anyone.
- We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- We don’t use analytics or advertising pixels. The only cookies are Google’s, set during the spam check on the contact form.
- We don’t embed social media widgets. The Instagram, X and Facebook icons are plain links: nothing from those sites loads here, and they only see that you came from skyerworks.com if you click one.
- We don’t load fonts, scripts or images from other companies. Everything on this site comes from skyerworks.com itself, with two exceptions: the spam check on the contact form and the Island Journey 3D map, both described below.
04Hosting logs
This site is hosted by Namecheap. Like every web host, their servers automatically keep standard access logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. Those logs exist for security and troubleshooting, and Namecheap keeps them for a limited time under its own policies. We don’t use them to track or profile visitors.
05The spam check
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, the “I’m not a robot” box, to tell people from bots. It loads only when you start filling in the form; until then, nothing on this site contacts Google. Once it loads, your browser talks to Google directly, so Google receives the standard details every web request carries, such as your IP address and browser type, along with how the box is used, and it may set its own cookies for that check. Google tells our server only whether the check passed.
Your message and details are sent only to SkyerWorks, not to Google. Google’s handling of this data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab). Rather skip it? Email hello@skyerworks.com instead.
06The Island Journey map
The 3D map on the Island Journey page shows satellite imagery, terrain, roads and place names from Mapbox. To draw it, your browser requests map tiles directly from Mapbox’s servers, so Mapbox receives the standard details every web request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the part of the map being viewed. Mapbox also counts each time the map loads, which is how it bills us. We switch off Mapbox’s optional performance reporting.
Nothing you type on this site is sent to Mapbox, and no other page loads anything from Mapbox. Mapbox’s handling of this data is described in the Mapbox privacy policy (opens in a new tab). If the map can’t reach Mapbox, the page uses a version hosted entirely on skyerworks.com.
07Seeing or deleting your details
Want to know what we have, fix something or have it deleted? Email hello@skyerworks.com from the address you used. We’ll take care of it and confirm when it’s done.
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
Questions about any of this? Just ask.
