Business websites start at $2,000, wedding websites at $1,000 and interactive property maps at $500. One-page sites start at $800, static maps at $250 and expanded websites at $3,500. Every project begins with a free first mockup, every price is in U.S. dollars, and your price is fixed in a written proposal before any work is billed.

Business websites
A business website starts at $2,000 for up to five custom-designed pages. One-page sites start at $800 and expanded sites at $3,500.

Wedding websites
A wedding website starts at $1,000 and includes 12 months of standard hosting. Destination packages with a property map and room finder start at $2,000.

Property maps
An interactive property map starts at $500 and a static map at $250. 3D maps, room finders and route guides are quoted to scope.

Maps are built from floor plans, a site plan, listing photos, a drone shot or a phone video walking the property; a video-call walk-through works if there are no plans. See interactive property maps and 3D driving directions.
Hosting & care plans
Care plans are $79, $149 or $299 a month. Every plan includes standard hosting, monitoring, backups and applicable software maintenance; the two larger plans add update hours.

Update hours reset monthly and do not roll over. New features and redesigns are quoted separately. Hosting suitability and response expectations are agreed in your proposal. A care plan is optional for business sites, because your design and content are yours to host anywhere; wedding sites include their first year of standard hosting, then renew at $180 a year or move to a care plan.
What is included, and what is not
Every starting package uses your supplied photos and draft content and covers the design, the build and two revision rounds. Anything beyond that is quoted separately and listed in your proposal.

Payment, ownership and how a quote is fixed
Payment is 50% to begin and the balance before launch. The price is fixed in a written proposal after the free mockup, so nothing is billed until you have seen a design and agreed a number.
The order is always the same. A fifteen-minute call confirms scope and budget. Wayne designs one first-pass homepage or map, free. The proposal then sets out the scope, the inclusions, the price, the launch date and any third-party software or subscriptions. You approve it and pay the 50% deposit, the build and revisions begin, and the balance is due before launch. The process page walks through each step.
Your domain stays in your name. After final payment your design, content and domain are yours, whether or not you stay on a care plan; the shared map engine is licensed to you for your site, forever.
How these prices compare
Published pricing guides generally put agency-built small-business websites at $3,000 to $10,000 for a basic site and freelancers at $500 to $5,000, with care plans at $50 to $500 a month.
The same guides put custom wedding websites from agencies at $5,000 and up, against builder plans of $99 to $199 a year plus a domain, and illustrated venue maps from independent illustrators at $200 to $300. SkyerWorks is a one-person studio without agency overhead, which is how a hand-built five-page site is $2,000, a wedding site is $1,000 to $2,000, with copywriting, extra pages and 3D previews quoted, and a care plan starts at $79.
Questions about pricing
How much does a website cost from SkyerWorks?
$800 for a one-page site, $2,000 for a five-page business website and $3,500 for an expanded site. Wedding websites are $1,000, or $2,000 with a property map and room finder. Static maps are $250 and interactive maps $500. All prices are in USD and are starting points fixed in your proposal.
Is there a deposit?
Yes: 50% to begin, paid after you approve the proposal, with the balance before launch. Nothing is paid before the free mockup, which comes after a short call confirms scope and budget.
What happens if the scope grows during the build?
The proposal fixes the price for the agreed scope. Additional pages, booking integrations, custom features and copywriting are quoted separately, so an addition gets its own quote rather than changing the agreed price without your say-so.
Is hosting included?
For wedding websites, yes: 12 months of standard hosting, then $180 a year or a care plan. For business websites, hosting is separate from the build; care plans start at $79 a month, or you can host the files anywhere you like.
Can I cancel a care plan?
Care plans are monthly, and their terms, including hosting suitability and response expectations, are agreed in your proposal. Update hours reset each month and do not roll over, so there is no bank of hours to lose. Your domain is in your name and your design and content are yours after final payment, so leaving a plan does not mean leaving your site behind.
Do the prices include a domain?
No. Domain registration and paid third-party services, such as booking software, are separate and listed in your proposal. The domain is registered in your name.
Do you charge by the hour?
Projects are priced as fixed packages in a proposal. The $100 an hour rate applies to update work beyond the hours included in a care plan.
